A private-label project works best when creative choices become clear, documented product decisions.
Translate the concept
A moodboard communicates direction, but production needs measurable details. Define product type, fit, composition, weight, colour references and decoration. Identify which elements are essential and where alternatives are acceptable if availability or budget changes.
Plan the brand details
Woven labels, care information, patches, packaging and hangtags are part of the product. Supply artwork in usable formats and agree who checks the wording. Care and composition information must match the final item, not an earlier design draft.
Review the sample systematically
Check measurements, seams, colour, decoration and labels against the brief. Consolidate feedback into one version so that conflicting comments do not reach production. Agree how a corrected sample or revised detail will be approved.
Protect the approved specification
Keep the signed-off artwork and sample reference with the order. Changes after approval should be reviewed for impact on cost and timing. Discuss your private-label textile project with EOPROMOS before making commitments based on an unconfirmed concept.
